Wellbeing Yoga with Rebecca

On Wednesday we had our first session of wellbeing yoga with Rebecca. We learnt all about the importance of breathing to calm our nerves, the importance of stretching and how to manage our emotions.
Our pupils absolutely loved it - some might even have been close to sleeping 😀
Rebecca is back next Wednesday and everyone should wear their PE kit 😀
