Well done to all of our footballers who represented Donaghmore PS today at the Super Sixes tournament hosted by Dungannon Swifts.
We were delighted to enter three teams, with an incredible 23 pupils taking part throughout the day. Our teams produced some fantastic performances, recording a mixture of wins, draws and losses, but most importantly they thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
The players were a credit to themselves and the school, showing excellent sportsmanship, enthusiasm and respect in every match. It was wonderful to see so many pupils from Donaghmore PS getting involved, giving their all and representing the school with pride.
A huge thank you to Dungannon Swifts for providing the venue and to Mr McIlwaine from Birches Primary School for organising such a fantastic day of football.
For our P7 pupils, that is their last tournament for Donaghmore PS 😢 We thank them very much for their contribution to our sports teams and hope to hear of their successes in their new schools 😀
