P4/5 pupils have been learning about weight. They completed a STEM challenge as part of this work. Each group was given some straws, a plastic cup, string and masking tape. They were asked to make a tower with a free swinging bucket which could hold weight. After lots of discussion and building, each tower was tested to see how much weight it could hold.
