Special memories were made when a group of our pupils were invited to play at a primary school rugby festival held at the Kingspan Stadium. The group formed a team with pupils from Queen Elizabeth II Primary School. The combined team, Team Lions, worked hard, trained together, and shared this amazing experience. Playing three matches, Team Lions demonstrated teamwork, skill and commitment throughout. Some great rugby was on show and staff, pupils and parents had a throughly enjoyable day.
A sincere thank you to Tailored Images for sponsoring the team kit, to the supporters who took time out of their day to come along and cheer, and to coaches Gareth Richardson, Denver Willis and Steven Sinnamon, who generously volunteered their time on Friday afternoons to prepare the team for the Festival.
