P4/5 visited Tesco Dungannon to find out more about healthy eating. Pupils enjoyed searching for fruit and vegetables, finding out how much sugar is contained in different foods including breakfast cereals and making their own muesli. The highlight of the trip was snack time and walking into the freezer!
