After a warm-up session the children aimed to Drop Everything And Run (DEAR) 5K. P3/4 measured and calculated that 5K was 16 laps of the school grounds. Many children pushed themselves to run further. Veggie sticks were a popular snack afterwards though only some could be tempted to try the houmous.
